I believe every community deserves a Main Street that serves as its heartbeat — a vibrant center of commerce, a welcoming “third place,” and the first destination people think of for shopping, dining, entertainment, and family friendly experiences. A place where everyone feels included and connected.
After decades of working with communities across North Carolina, helping bridge the public and private sectors to create downtowns that are both economically strong and deeply rooted in local identity, I founded Plane View Facilitation.
My approach guides communities from the 30,000foot perspective down to ground level, helping them see the big picture while identifying the practical steps needed to get there. By listening closely, assessing local assets, and engaging stakeholders, I help communities create strategic, actionable plans that turn their downtown into true destinations.
